This site is a reflection of my morning mind exercises to get me mentally in shape for my day. It is a period of thoughtful, quiet reflection, thought-steering, prayer and meditation. It has helped me to be able to better face my daily challenges in a calm, measured and thoughtful manner. I think we all have much to gain by slowing down for at least a few minutes every morning to get our bearings and set off on our days in a soul-conscious mindset.
